		<description>[...] Week been OK - been having prawn salads most days for lunch which i am still enjoying.  Made a lovely fish pie for the family this week although its not particularly &#8220;slimming&#8221; it makes a great meal.  Cook up one of our Frozen Hake Fillets and a portion of Scottish Salmon Fillet, place in a casserole dish and add a low fat cheese sauce.  Top with mashed potatoes (without butter if your being good but use a splash of milk) and bake in the oven for about 35-40 mins.  For a lower calorie version of fish pie its worth taking a look at one of Julie&#8217;s recipes.  [...]</description>
